Multi-Agent System
Specialized agents
ASBOS agents operate through an event and policy layer above systems of record. Authoritative payroll, licensing, and client records are not overwritten without policy checks.
Scheduling Agent
- Proposes assignments using availability, qualifications, overtime risk, site rules, travel constraints, and historical attendance
- Explains constraint violations and provides alternative schedules
- Final publication can remain human-approved during early pilot phases
Voice Coverage Agent
- Receives an approved, ranked replacement list and bounded call script
- Identifies the company and automated nature of the call; records acceptance or decline
- Transfers ambiguous or sensitive conversations to a person immediately
- No fixed under-10-minute fill-time claim — pilot compares fill time to manual baseline
Compliance Agent
- Tracks credentials, jurisdiction, expiration, training, and site eligibility
- Blocks assignments when deterministic rules fail; escalates disputed records
- Labor-law rules versioned by jurisdiction and reviewed by qualified counsel
Payroll Agent
- Reconciles shifts, clock events, location evidence, pay rules, and exception codes
- Produces a review queue — not a fraud verdict
- Payroll submission requires explicit authorization and reversible export
Reporting Agent
- Drafts summaries traceable to source events or marked as inference
- High-severity incident narratives require human approval
- Stores source record set and final approved report for audit
Billing Agent
- Prepares invoice lines from verified hours, contract rates, and approved premiums
- Flags aging balances; write-offs and disputes require human decision
- Client-health signals must not use protected characteristics
